Lab of Biophysics
The Zhao group is developing efficient physics- and bioinformatics-based algorithms for biophysics challenges. Our research interests focus on (1) computational study of biomolecular structure and dynamics by network analysis, and (2) develop the computational bioinformatics tools underlying the prediction and design calculations related to human diseases by deep learning. The long-term goal is to develop the computational tools to predict accurate structures and build the computational drug design platform.
